Returns:

The item must not show any signs of wear, alterations, or washing and must have all original tags attached. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

3. Sale Items: Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for a return. Sale items can only be exchanged, provided they meet our exchange criteria.

Exchanges:

1. Free Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for items that don’t meet your expectations. To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please specify the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.

2. Exchange Process: Once we receive your exchange request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Items for exchange must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and must not show any signs of wear.

3. Availability: Exchanges are subject to item availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the desired item is not available, we may offer a store credit or refund as applicable.
