We offer free exchanges to ensure you get the perfect item. We will provide you with a DHL label to print, arrange for DHL to collect your exchange, and deliver the new item/items to you, all at no additional cost.

Returns:
For returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. To make your return as smooth as possible, we offer a DHL return label for you to print and DHL collection of your parcel. The cost for this service is £10 within the UK.
